I wouldnt give this business one star. This place is ran by a man named Bob and we were treated terribly once we became concered about a vehicle we were looking at. He was friendly when we were looking, but when it came down to the paperwork for the car he slipped in some papers that said we were buying a salvaged car! It was a sneaky thing to do and we were treated like crap once we decided it car wasnt for us. This place is very unprofessional!!!!

What an excellent car buying experience I had!! I hade purchased my BMW 325 from Lake Norman Imports and recently traded it in for an unbelievable Jeep Rubicon that I am in love with. Garry and Chance made sure everything was perfect on the car and everyone there was nice and honest! I will definitely recommend this business in the future to all of my friends! An awesome family owned and operated business!!

Wish we had looked at public records and other reviews of the dealerships owned by Randy (Randolph) and Angela Salter. Their dealership in South Carolina had several small claims cases in favor of various plaintiffs against the owners/dealership known as Carolina Boat or Carolina Boat and Car. In addition there was a judgement against their NC business, American Marine Liquidators in 2012 (SC courts). Thank you to those of you who responded to us with details of your issues with this dealer in the past. Consumers: In summary, we warn you about purchases with the dealer American Marine Liquidators. Complete your due diligence...public records brought information to us too late. American Marine Liquidators does not feel they are responsible and we do not feel they are reputable.

My daughter bought a car from here 1 week and 4 days ago and yesterday the check engine light came on, the engine made a noise and it would't always accelerate. Since the license plates were ready yesterday, I went in today ...April 2, 2013.... to pick them up and told the guys in the office about the problems with the car and they just didn't care! Since the car is falling apart after having it for JUST 1 week and 4 days, I can not in good conscience recommend this car dealer to anyone!!

These guys are total crooks. Ripped me off big time. Sold me a car at $1500 over Kelly blue book value that broke down after 200 miles. I wouldn't buy shoes from these guys if I had to walk on broken glass everyday.
