Auto repair service near Waughtown, NC

After waiting for a month to get a part replaced and not hearing anything back from the mechanic, I told him to release my car and I would have a different person do the two hour job. It's a two hour job that I waited for a month to be done, and he's ignoring my phone calls the entire time. I ended up having to file a complaint with the Attorney General JUST to get a response from him, and after that, he came up with one excuse after another as to why he couldn't give me my own car. This mechanic is dishonest, exploitative and irresponsible and should not be used by anyone!

These guys are great. Very honest and friendly. They will work hard to get the vehicle you need in the price range that fits you. They do not try to push you into buying something you can't afford. Me and my family have been dealing with them for many years. I recommend them to anyone looking for a good quality vehicle.

I have bought three trucks for my plumbing business and have never had anything but good luck from them.

We were on vacation and were from another state. AAA towed our van to this garage over the weekend to get repaired. Once they opened Monday morning we talked to Jamie and within 21/2 hours they had fixed the issue and charged us a very reasonable price and had us back on our way to the beach for our vacation. I would recommend this garage to anyone who has issues. Very clean facility and very friendly, wonderful, competent mechanics. I give Erlanger Auto Care and their mechanics 5 stars and A+ rating! had Tahoe aligned in high point twice. Thomasville once, still bad driving. tried Perrymans in Lexington, found front end had not been aligned as spacers were still in place. once perrymans aligned my tahoe it drove like a dream. driving for several months and still good. thank you guys! gerald flinchum
