Moe was extremely helpful when my son's truck broke down. After towing it to the GMC dealer and my son getting an estimate that was completely out of the ballpark he towed it back to his shop and did the work for a third the price. He was extremely nice to my son and even gave him some pointers on taking care of his truck to prevent future problems. I would highly recommend this shop.

I called jakes auto glass because my windshield had been leaking with all the rain we had received in early June in Bismarck. They were so nice and helpful when I called and said they could fix it for no charge! I was excited because I love anything free! So four days later I went to my appointment pumped to not have a wet and leaking car. When I walked in the guy behind the counter was INSTANTLY so rude to me. I couldn't believe it. He told me it couldn't possibly be my windshield getting my floor mats wet and he made me feel very dumb. I asked if they could still check out while I was there because I had physically seen my windshield leak on numerous occasions. He reluctantly agreed. Then they proceed to tell me that I was right and to fix my windshield it would cost me "off the top of his head" at least 500 plus to fix. Needless to say I'd never go back here because they are so so SO RUDE. I would never recommend this place to anyone ever.

We were told that the bumper replacement would take 2-3 days. Took car in on a Monday afternoon, still not done by Friday. Impossible to get them to call us back, they gave us the run-around all week long. Lied to us and told our insurance agent that they'd told my wife that they had to re-order some part that was damaged, which was a lie, because they never told either of us about any part being ordered at all. We also suspect that one of the employees was driving her car while it was supposed to be worked on, as it had 65 miles MORE on it than when she and I dropped it off. Took all week long and we were lucky to get it on late Friday afternoon before the weekend, and that was only because I went down there myself and asked to see the car, and what it needed. Will never use them again.
