Do not buy from this guys, they rip you off thinking you made a good deal. Once you go for a test drive, Gatfan, supposedly the "good raised son" immediately starts putting things in your head trying his hardest to hide every detail thats wrong with the car so you won't notice it. Yapping and yapping about how his a good dealer, and that you have nothing to worry about. He also turns the music pretty loud to distract you from the details that you can hear from inside that matter by the way. I decided to trust him like the car drove fine that day which was a mistake. Like he told me he'd work with me if anything goes wrong. Not even a week of having the car, realized car axles would make ugly, nasty, cracking noises, and a really loud type of fan noise also starting coming from the engine. Sounded like i was driving a semi truck around which is really embarrassing. Figured it was maybe a fan thermostat that was bad or something that could be easily replaced, didn't say anything...boy was i wrong ! The car motor started startling and broke down 3 weeks in while i was driving to work. Disappointed called Gatfan and said i had to bring the car if i wanted him to help. How am i gonna take it if it broke down !? Had to call insurance to help me and take the car to the shop to fix. After the car was fixed, on the second month of having the car, two tires failed which is a pain in the butt. No one has to go threw this after buying a "new car" from a "good" dealer ship. Never dealing with this guys ever again.

I have bought brand new cars from big named dealerships and buy-here pay here dealerships in the past and now recently in my new search. I have to say that overall, this was the best experience I have ever had. I do not have the best of credit due to past issues and lofty student loans, naturally customers like myself are a little more time consuming. Marty and Terry did NOT show one ounce of inconvenience in helping find a car and a loan right for me. There was once a time when I walked into a dealership with A+ credit and never treated as kindly as I was today at Hand Picked Auto. Marty and Terry are amazing!! They were anything but "typical salesmen". There was no judgement on the credit, they did what they could based on exactly what I had to work with, and above all it was fun. Marty and Terry have great personalities and when it comes down to it, they are good people!! I went in today at 2:30 and they stayed late to ensure I could drive away in my new car.
