These people are wonderful to work with. They don't cut corners but put my priority - safety - always first. Turnpike Service Inc. is now under new management. I have followed the mechanic, Patrick from Beverly to South Hamilton and now to Topsfield. He is the fairest and most honest mechanic that I have ever met. He has been working on my 1998 Jeep for over 5 years now and keeps it "running better than new." He has never tried to sell me things that I do not need and will not "replace" parts simply because I feel that they are getting old. He constantly asks me, "when is the part going to break? A year from now or ten years from now?" I never have an answer for him but I find that his answer is always quite sobering. Simply put, why fix something that is not broken? When it (or if) it breaks we can deal with it then. He constantly tells me to save my money! Imagine that!!! He has kept my Jeep running to perfection and I appreciate it greatly. Heck, I have followed him for 3 towns now and I would follow him again! In a way I want to keep Turnpike my little secret but after the way he has treated me over the years I feel that it is only right of me to let the rest of the world know about Patrick too and hopefully he will become as successful as he wants to be. Just as long as I still get special treatment and to the front of what is sure to be a long line in the future. Just kidding, but not really. LOL.....

These guys have always done right by us. They are very friendly and efficient. They also offer an awesome rewards program that allows you to build up for points for coupons. The coupons are automatically sent to you when you've saved up enough points, which are also tracked automatically. These people are dishonest. We agreed on a price for a 2002 volkswagen jetta. I am in Massachusetts, so I had to arrange insurance and get the money. They had a few repairs that were necessary. We agreed I would pick the car up on Monday (they are not open Saturday afternoon or sunday). I was half way between Nashua and Manchester on Monday when they called me on my cell and told me they had sold the car on Sunday. Their business is a glorified junk yard and I am probably lucky they backed out. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!

I went to this dealership and I was not surprised to see their service and showroom was absolutely dead. I recently purchased a 2011 Chevy Traverse with 20k mileage. The rotors were warped and I brought it in for service. I mind as well say that the 36 k 3 yr bumper bumper policy is rubbish. The dealer was very shady and they denied to do any warranty work expected me to pay 600 bucks for a brand new vehicle that was lightly driven. Only until I complained they decided to honor the warranty on the rotors but charged me 200 bucks for break pads. The break pads were defective due to the defective rotors. If this was true bumper to bumper the job should have been fully covered. I might as well wipe my rear end with this document. The people who run this place are thieves u would not buy not service here since you have to kick and scream to honor their warranty Do Not Go Here
