This dealer sold us a car with multiple problems and refused to provide a refund. We had to go through arbitration with the Office of Consumer Affairs in Massachusetts in order to get our money back. We eventually won the arbitration and got our money back after 6 months of grief and frustration. This dealer sold us a car with no heat, no a.c. and the vents didn't work. It also had a broken motor mount, inoperative windshield wiper fluid, inoperative horn, and a loose door lock. We took the car back two times and many of the problems never even got looked at. Based on the evidence provided at the arbitration, the arbitrator easily found in our favor and this dealer was forced to return the full price of the car along with our registration fees. This dealer hung up on us several times throughout the process of trying to work with him. Very immature person to do business with. Car was a lemon and repair and service was awful. i have been to other shops every year at inspection sticker time with an emissions problem. each shop charged for diagnostics and the check engine light would always come back on within a day or two. needless to say i spent hundreds. farco auto sales diagnosed the problem for free and repaired it for $35.00. i was home in less than an hour. now 2 months later and the check engine light is still off. the staff is pleasant, knowledgable, and friendly. the service is thorough, prompt, and very reasonably priced. i would and have recommended them to my family members.

The 4 years I have been going I have been 100% completely satisfied with the work that has been done. They are very reasonable priced as well. I will continue going to Amesbury Auto for all the work that needs to be done on my cars. Very satisfied.
