Shawn was very professional and assisted with my tight schedule by ordering and painting my new fender before I dropped my car off so that I could have minimal loss of use of my car. It was fixed in a day and looked fantastic. I highly recommend them.

This dealer sold us a car with multiple problems and refused to provide a refund. We had to go through arbitration with the Office of Consumer Affairs in Massachusetts in order to get our money back. We eventually won the arbitration and got our money back after 6 months of grief and frustration. This dealer sold us a car with no heat, no a.c. and the vents didn't work. It also had a broken motor mount, inoperative windshield wiper fluid, inoperative horn, and a loose door lock. We took the car back two times and many of the problems never even got looked at. Based on the evidence provided at the arbitration, the arbitrator easily found in our favor and this dealer was forced to return the full price of the car along with our registration fees. This dealer hung up on us several times throughout the process of trying to work with him. Very immature person to do business with. Car was a lemon and repair and service was awful.
