Auto repair service near Stratham, NH

They ruined my rims and broke a part in my car, replacing it with a generic instead of OEM part. They had their 14 year old sons working in the back, practicing on the vehicles. They denied it. Even though the kid just told me he was learning and working on the cars back there! No wonder why they damaged my rims! When I tried to confront the manager, he got in my face and started screaming at and intimidating me, a small female. When I told a lawyer who was a lifelong customer of theirs about what happened, he said they screwed him over, too. He won’t use them anymore either. Dupont heavily advertises because they damage cars and then intimidate, lie to, and blame the customer. Especially to people here on vacation, because they don’t get the repeat business that many other mechanics depend on. They are completely unethical. Avoid!

I highly recommend this place! I had an accident and front wheels alignment was not okay. The previous garage named as "certified" by insurance company, did not manage to fix ... took 1.5 months, a lot of money, frustration and wasted time. Then I went to the European Motorsport garage and their service is really amazing! All was fixed immediately and double checked with the highest quality. We are the original owners of a rare 1988 Lamborghini Jalpa. We have babied this car forever and enjoy driving it. It is a real head turner! Recently, we experienced an issue where it would not shift into reverse. We called several friends from our car club and they recommended European Motorsport, as they have experience working on rare exotic high performance cars. We had the car flat bedded from our home in Tiverton, RI to Lawrence, MA. Owner, Michael Ricciardi met us at the door. He seemed confident he could help us. The car was road tested and confirmed that there was no reverse. The center tray was pulled to access the shifter which was out of alignment. During the repair, other issues were reported due to the age of the car. We received a detailed account of future work which needs to be done on the car. When we Took possession of the car, it not only ran well, but was cleaned and detailed! Michael is highly professional and takes pride in his work and his pricing was reasonable. My 02 9-5 Aero had both the CEL and transmission light on and had it ck with a Tech II and it came up as the lock up solenoid was bad or shorting out went to one other place and they said I would have to replace the transmission but then got a hold of Mark and he said he thinks as I did it was just the part so I brought my car up to Methuen from Randolph and had him perform the job ......was a fast and timely job.....as a loyal Saab enthusiast I will be bringing my car back for maintenance like this to Mark's European Cars.
