These people are wonderful to work with. They don't cut corners but put my priority - safety - always first. They explain everything clearly and are very detailed and professional with all inspections, maintenance and repairs. Best maintenance shop I have ever been to. Great experience. Just left there, 12/18/12, and I have nothing but positive to say. My car was rearended and the insurance company wanted to send me elsewhere. This is my second time needing body work and was recommended by my father-in-law the first time and had such great service I went there this time also. From setting up the rental car, to constant contact with me with updates, to fighting for me with insurance companies, I can't say enough good about Charrons. Glad I don't need auto body done frequently, but if I did, I wouldn't hesitate to go back to this shop. Wish I could give him 10 stars!! Thank you!!
