Auto repair service near Bergenfield, NJ

My sister had new tires installed yesterday 12/14. She picked up the car today 12/15 and on the way home her left front wheel flew off. We called the police so they could see what happened. Apparently those morons forgot to tighten the lug nuts. Obviously there's damage to the car. The brake rotor , fender, wheel studs etc. I've know this idiot for a long time. Trust me when I tell you the excuses are going to fly. He never owns up to anything and it's always someone else's fault. If you still go there after you read this it's your own fault.

I think Dave at MWW is the most knowledgeable, honest and best gig in the area. No pressure, no up-sells, totally the opposite of most of what I have experienced in the area. Owning a BMW off warranty is never going to be cheap- he keeps the experience enjoyable and manageable. Highly recommend

Horrible worksmanship. Painted quarterpanels without permission and the paint started to bubble and crack within a week. I could have done the same job they did if I bought a can a spray paint and painted it in my garage. I will now be paying out of pocket to get this fixed at a real body shop!

HORRIBLE!!! BE CAREFUL!! Very bad experience. They do NOT stand behind thier warranty. Will NOT fix defects/breakdowns. They get you to think you have a good deal and peace of mind because of the Bumper to Bumper warranty, but they refuse to make the repairs. Go any where else. These guys are crooks and liars. BE WARNED !!!
