After much research and speaking with several mechanics and repair techs, I found Walko Automotive to be the best solution to my bad hybrid battery. Walko Automotive helped replace my 2007 Toyota Prius battery in less than 2 hrs for THE MOST reasonable price. They offered a two year warranty and with their already outstanding business history, Master Tech certifications with hybrid vehicles (and any vehicle really), and a positive, family-oriented atmosphere, they were sure to deliver in every way you would expect the best and most trustworthy mechanic should. Alex is one of the best mechanics at this shop. Overall they are experienced and are the best at what they do. They are also very honest people hard to believe from mechanics!! but they really are. I highly recommend this shop !!!

These guys dont know what they are doing. Overcharge for labor other mechanics perform. Sell you the cheap parts for premium rates. Avoid!

Do not use this shop for any reason!!!! Read the other reviews. There is a reason for the low ratings but even one star is far too high for this sham shop. I wish I had saved myself the headache of dealing with these scam artists by reading the reviews before using their services. The kleptomaniac employees stole multiple parts from the interior of my vehicle and caused further damage to the exterior of my car before I took it to another shop. An employee even stole the money that I left in the car and got aggressive and threatened to attack me when I asked him about it in a non confrontational way. Like, seriously?? I wish I was making this stuff up. The people working at this business are straight up thieves and should not be in business, literally the worst experience I have ever had with any business period. Funny how there are complaints ranging from their towing services, to their body work, to the way they conduct business in general. The complaints on this business are legit and are over the span of almost a decade. Listen to the warnings and stay far away!!

Nicholas S 347-836-1574 - Logistics manager of this body shop had a customer car at his house in South Richmond Hill on June 20 at approximately 4:45 pm. His kid brother backed out of the driveway into my car while I passed by which caused damages to the right side of my car. The cops were summoned and statements were given. My insurance company made numerous attempts to contact this person with no success. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thank you!

I took my car to this place because I had non-working wiper blades. The mechanic did a diagnostic check and claimed that I needed to replace the entire fuse box and that it would cost me $400 plus $95/hr for labor. I suggested that he consider looking into the relay, instead, as the problem but he refused to check if the relay was the actual problem. He continued to put pressure on me to buy the fuse box immediately and when I told him that I found the fuse box online for $200 he dropped the subject. I decided to go with my instinct and order a relay online which only cost me $16. I left and went home. Once the relay arrived at my home, I replaced it and my wiper blades were working again. Its mechanics like the ones at this place that give the good and honest mechanics a bad reputation. He almost ripped me off for $500-600 and the problem was a $16 cost. If you decide to take your car to this place, do your homework first, and get ready to get ripped off!!! And don't be fooled by the smiles, they are a bunch of thieves!
