WARNING: Dishonest Service Manager!!! I ve owned Subarus for over 10 years and I have always trusted the delearships with servicing my cars. Well I will never again trust this dealership. I took my car for a $34.95 oil change, just a regular service. Well the service manager said they did their usual all points check and found my windsheild wipers totally torn and he said they would not be usable, I told him I didn t seem to have any issue. That is when he told me didn t I think I needed to see when I drove my baby around. That scared me enough that I agreed to the new wiper blades. Even though he never told me the cost. When I went to pick up my car, I was given a bill for over $110. The explanation given was the cost of the wiper installation which was $56 alone. When the manger was question he blatently lied and said he had advised me of the cost. I am sure I was never advised, my family does not have the free cash for that big of an expense.

You will not find a better nor a man of higher integrity than the man that runs this shop, Tibor. It has taken me years to find a guy like this and I travel 50 miles to get my service done by him. A former master mechanic at a large Toyota dealership I dread the day he retires. he is honest - keeps his appointments is thorough in his evaluation and prompt in his service. I recommend appointments but if your in trouble he will go out of his way to help you.

I was very happy yo find out that they work on Europen cars. I have a 2000 Saab that had a blown turbo and Alex was able to find me the best price around and I have had no problem with the turbo ever since. He's very experienced and honest mechanic and I will bring all my cars to him. I will defintely refer him to all my friends and family! I am so appreciative of the efficient way in which the servie department got approval from the insurance company for my tire replacement and then installed the new tire. I was in and out within two hours - without an appointment!
