Auto repair service near Carteret, NJ

Brought my car in for service, it was in the shop for two days to replace front struts and some other work. When I drove the car home, I noticed the wheel alignment was off. The alignment wasn't included in the final estimate. I called the shop and they said I could come back in first thing in the morning. Went back the next day and they put the car right up on the lift, did the wheel alignment, and didn't charge me! I was ok with paying for it, and was just happy they took me right in with no wait. Been doing business with Charlie for many years now and would not take my vehicles anywhere else. If you got a time problem, Charlie will try to fit you in, and when the job is done, you know it is done right. You can rest assured you will not get messed with someone changing parts. Prices are good too. He does everything on myt P/U truck and my Hybrid.

i went for subwoofer and amp installation ... first they told me they will charge 69.99 + tax and when they analyze my car they made a total of 148. i asked them and they said you car needs adapter .., need more wiring etc .. alrite as i already buy the sub and amp i need to installl it ....then i was ready to pay for it as i have no other choice ... alrite now they hooked up everything and told me stereo is not working ..i said how it is possible .... when i dropped the car it was working before .... they told me radio is not working ... i fight with them ...i said you guys made my stereo is damage as it was working before... i talked to manager ... and he was even more horrible .. he was always in favor of mehanic he was not even listening to me.... and i said you know what i dont want the system and you take it.... they were ready to take it ... but still charging for the labor they spent on working which was 148 .... i got really boiled i saild if its not working why should i have to pay for it...... they said you have to pay for it otherwise i will call cop..... i was sooo boiled up and i paid for the labor .... while going out the mehcanic came to me and said ill fixed for you....... i said how..... he went back and turned my radio back on...... the all story came to here that they purposefully turn the sound off .. so i can buy a new stereo which i have to pay extra for it ......i am sure everything was done my manager... he told mechanic to make the stereo off so he can sell his stereo too........ THIS IS THE WORST PLACE NEVER EVER GO TO THIS PLACE

Buyer beware scammers, selling cars under false pretenses using false odometer readings and false Carfax reports on 03/26/15 I spent 7,800 dollars on 2007 Nissan Maxima. Three days later my transmission started to slip. So I took the car to Nissan, Nissan informed me that to safely operate this vehicle it will cost me $12,000 grand for transmission,new front end,timing belt guide, lower control arms, all three motor mounts, tranny mount, 2 front strut mounts, 2 frt strut/ shocks, powersteering pressure hose if I wanted a new vehicle I would have purchased. So my husband and I got a flat on our car and we neede to stop right away as the reason being that my rims were scraping the street and it piped near this place so I did the first thing I could to not make a traffic block because the steet I was on had a side walk divider ?in the middle of it and it separates the going and coming traffic there so my first place to park is next to this lot and as we are trying to get our spare out of the trunk a guy come out of nowhere and harrasses my husband and I to move the car but I couldn’t move it because if I did it would damage the car more and we did give at least three feet walkway for the pedestrians so he cursed us out making motions he will hit my husband and I and we told him we couldn’t move it it will damage the car he said it won’t even though it did and he kept Harrassing us and I didnt want to get hit I thought he would hit us with the Crowbar I had on the floor and i was scared he just Harrrases us and we had to move the car 10 feet and because he was basically gonna hurt us so I did that and I think I damage my car more because of this ?nut ?? . I am taking it to the mechanic to get checked and obviously a new tire but I didn’t know this guy was a owner of the shop but he like disappears once we moved it . We were not on his property we were in the city and made sure the pedestrians had 3 feet walking space because those sidewalks are huge. Anyway I didn’t know he was at the shop and I needed air to fill my spare because we never used it and I saw the guy I was like oh crap so I asked nicely if he had a compressor because I was already there but he said no and like like got me out of there I was like crap this crazy dude but I walked my ass out of there like dang that guy is scary thank god he said no. He wanted it hit us but long story short is be careful getting a flat near this guy he has anger issues and I was freaking scared he had this look like he would hit us with a crowbar and wouldn’t care if he will kill us. Be careful of this guy ??he works at this shop

Out of State buyers BEWARE of their wickedness. I saw the listing and traveled 1,000 miles to buy this vehicle. I asked them to send some photos as they were not uploaded. When I reached their place I was shocked to see dents/scratches and the interior was not clean. They sent photos from the better side and they didnt even mention about scratches/dents. Keme the sales guy said it is regular wear & tear. BEWARE dont waste time visiting this guys. Total RIP OFF
