Auto repair service near Closter, NJ

My sister had new tires installed yesterday 12/14. She picked up the car today 12/15 and on the way home her left front wheel flew off. We called the police so they could see what happened. Apparently those morons forgot to tighten the lug nuts. Obviously there's damage to the car. The brake rotor , fender, wheel studs etc. I've know this idiot for a long time. Trust me when I tell you the excuses are going to fly. He never owns up to anything and it's always someone else's fault. If you still go there after you read this it's your own fault.

HORRIBLE!!! BE CAREFUL!! Very bad experience. They do NOT stand behind thier warranty. Will NOT fix defects/breakdowns. They get you to think you have a good deal and peace of mind because of the Bumper to Bumper warranty, but they refuse to make the repairs. Go any where else. These guys are crooks and liars. BE WARNED !!!

I was really disappointed w/ the service and the way we were treated treated by the financial person at the Mahwah Dealership...we were talking about leasing and were cornered into submitting our debit card for a $1000.00 down only to be told a few minutes later that we do not qualify for the lease and that our money could not be returned to us for the next five days...we had visited Honda Dealership on 12.08.2012 and today is 12.18.2012 and we still have not seen our money returned. I am very disaappointed and upset...we have been HOnda owners for the last 25 years.we would have appreciated if the money was instantly returned to us...on 12.17.2012 the credit was processed and we were informed that it will be posted in our account in 3 days...in todays economy no one shoud have to wait like that!!!!!
