HORRIBLE!!! BE CAREFUL!! Very bad experience. They do NOT stand behind thier warranty. Will NOT fix defects/breakdowns. They get you to think you have a good deal and peace of mind because of the Bumper to Bumper warranty, but they refuse to make the repairs. Go any where else. These guys are crooks and liars.
