Horrible customer service. Very bully like attitudes to pressure for repairs and stating non warranty work. Failed to diagnosed problems. Also they damage property while lying about it. They also have a F rating from the better business with many complaints of failed service as well as unethical practices. Check them out and be very careful before using them.

No stars...if possible I'd give negative ranking. I left my car because I had problem with my tire. After a while, I received call from them and they told me on the phone that tire has a valve leakage and repair cost will be $12.99 plus labor. The person mentioned that my backlight is also gone and the filter needs to be replaced for which I specifically mentioned that I'll take a look once I'm there. When I reached there, they charged me for both tire and backlight which I didn't ask for and when I reminded that I never agreed to fix the backlight - he started shouting, used curse words and was almost on the verge of making racist remarks. I just don't understand how can such a person run any business. Anyways, I'm done with this store forever.

I WENT INSIDE FOR A TUNE UP... SOUNDS SIMPLE BUT MY CAR REQUIRES TWO QUARTS OF OIL AND THEY PUT HALF A QUART. THESE TWO BROTHER LIE AN STEAL THAT'S ALL THEY DO. I WOULD NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM EVER AGAIN. THE WORST WORK I'VE EVER HAD DONE IN YEARS..... THEY SUCK.. WARNING NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH CLIFTON CITGO. IF YOU DO YOU WILL BE SORRY.....
