Auto repair service near Farmingdale, NJ

Don't go there! unprofessional liars! Charged me 2300$ (cash) For used transmission, they give you (6 month warranty which is nothing) less than 6 month transmission was out of use.. they fixed it again, after few months car got the same exact problem, during fixing transmission they damaged muffler and asked more money to fix it. Also very rude personal, specially owners, be careful with them! They really stressed me out about timing.. I lost a lot of money and time.

Sovereign Mercedes Service Center is THE worst service center I have ever been to. The 1st time I've been there, with a problem with shocks, they returned my car with a detached muffler. It rolled out of the shop sounding like a tractor. The supervisor looked right at it, walked away, and went home. "Sorry, it's Thanksgiving" was the response. The 2nd time, I bought the air pump, which turned out to be faulty, and was told that they have a policy of no exchange on electronic components, which is fine with me, but I would have to install it in the car and bring the entire car to be serviced under warranty. Eventually, I was told that the pump is OK, and $ 139 later, I replaced their faulty pump with another pump, and everything was fine. They saw it, they admitted it, but still would not exchange the faulty pump. My guess is, ripping off customers like this is the only way for them to make a living. What a SHAME! I have owned Mercedes cars for several decades, and would not recommend Sovereign to anybody.

i when to this shop only thing they know how to is to just put new stuff to make money today 12/03/2012 they charge me 130.00 dollar just for diagnose which most people do it for free but this person would not give me they key unless i pay for it plus for this guy easy thing to do is just put new stuff even though still wont work just go to this people they are crazy for that go to gmc repair shop

Had my car trunk painted recently. Extremely poor customer service. When I got the car back, the new paint was covered with scratches and swirl marks. It looked worse than the original 10 year old paint on the car. Took it back to them. They were rude and said this is how it is. If possible, avoid these crooks! INEXPERIENCED AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!
