Shady Liars! Warning! Do not buy a car here. I wish I had checked reviews on-line BEFORE I went to Guru Auto World. If you're reading this, be sure to read reviews on other sites also. Do your research. This company has ripped off and manipulated too many people to deserve any business. I suspect some of the good reviews were written by Guru by the way they sound. Follow your instincts. I should have followed my gut when I walked in there and started dealing with the phonies, but I kept giving them the benefit of the doubt; until it was too late! I agreed on a car during the daytime, when I came back to purchase it the next night, their tone and attitude had totally changed. Well, they had my deposit ($500!) and wouldn't give it back. I took the car home (wish I read the other reviewers warning about their fees) and the next morning I noticed there were different tires on the car!!! When I left my deposit they were newer, dark black with deep treads. I didn't bother to look the night I purchased it, but now I have light colored, dry rotting, bald tires!!! When I called to complain they denied it and gave me a hard time! Disgraceful. The sad thing is, the workers have to be in on these dealings with the owner. I'm sure some are family, but the others must have to sell a little of their soul every day they go in there and handle their business the way they do. Shame on them. This company doesn't deserve your business. There are Thousands of other cars out there and truly nice, honest people willing to make you a good deal on them. Oh, and check BBB.org, saw that in a review after the fact also. Oh well, never again. You were warned.

Wonderful place with great service.. Chris goes above and beyond to make sure everything goes smooth.. Even picked me up at my home to complete to buy the car when I didn't have a ride.. Three months later and its stlll running great.. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! 5 STAR SERVICE!!!

Top Notch Work.

This dealer took over 2000.00 from me and no tags. The car was not clear to drive and never legally registered. This dealer after ripping me off then stole the car back leaving me with money loss and no car.

I want to advise anyone who visits this place to be very careful. The owner is running a bad business. He purchases old damaged vechicles from the auction for a cheap price and sell them for way more than he pays. He is also a mechanic so he does his best to hide the default. I'm just asking anyone who goes there to please do a full review of the carfax and please have two mechanics inspect the car. Its a sad thing that they are doing and someone is going to get hurt if they are not careful. They sold my cousin a car with faulty brakes. She didnt think much of it at first because she assumed she really did get a good deal and it would cost her little or nothing to have her friend fix the brakes. After 2 months the brakes still isn't fixed. The ford dealer told them that its a $2800 job so they told my cousin, "nothing is wrong with the brakes" the ford dealer is only trying to rip us off. please be very careful. Dont throw away your money like my cousin did.

WARNING: Dishonest Service Manager!!! I ve owned Subarus for over 10 years and I have always trusted the delearships with servicing my cars. Well I will never again trust this dealership. I took my car for a $34.95 oil change, just a regular service. Well the service manager said they did their usual all points check and found my windsheild wipers totally torn and he said they would not be usable, I told him I didn t seem to have any issue. That is when he told me didn t I think I needed to see when I drove my baby around. That scared me enough that I agreed to the new wiper blades. Even though he never told me the cost. When I went to pick up my car, I was given a bill for over $110. The explanation given was the cost of the wiper installation which was $56 alone. When the manger was question he blatently lied and said he had advised me of the cost. I am sure I was never advised, my family does not have the free cash for that big of an expense.
