Horrible customer service. Very bully like attitudes to pressure for repairs and stating non warranty work. Failed to diagnosed problems. Also they damage property while lying about it. They also have a F rating from the better business with many complaints of failed service as well as unethical practices. Check them out and be very careful before using them.

This repair shop is very bad, I would not recommend this repair shop to anyone, unless you want to get scammed and charged the highest price for anytype of repair. they act very unproffesional, the owner always gives very high estimates and tries to also make money on the parts he orders for cheap after market. not to mention he does prostitution I was told by his employee and drinks alchohol in the office while working. not a place you want to take your car,it will either get your car in worse condition than you brougt it and have individuls who are not properly skilled in repairing cars to experiment on your car

Avoid this auto shop at all costs! My experience with Claridge motors was an absolute nightmare. ?? Not only did they fail to fix the issues with my car, but they also made it worse! Their lack of professionalism specifically Willie L. and expertise left me stranded with a vehicle in even worse condition than when I brought it in. They have refused to refund my money along with the new parts I provided them for my car. Save yourself the headache and find a reputable shop that actually knows what they're doing.
