A friend of mine recommended David to me 5 years ago when I was driving my old car ( Camry 1999 with over 250K mileage). I was amazed how professional, honest, fast, and fair he was. I have recommended him to tons of people since then and nobody never complained about him or his service. This guy really knows what he is doing and doesn't overcharge you or push to get something done if it's not necessary. I love going to get take care of my car at his place. Frankly, he is the only one mechanic that I trust 100%. Every time I come he listens what I need and gives options what and how much. I've been going to this shop since it opened. I would not go anywhere else for transmission issues. Bill is a very honest businessman who knows the value of repeat customers. His prices are excellent and he stands behind his work.

The experiace I had at this store was very good. Lowest tire prices in the city. They carry just about any brand. Employee owned company really shoed in their service. I highly recommend.

Z&A provided me with a 2009 DODGE CHARGER in 2011.Now 2013 2 years later, car still runs as if I just pulled it off the lot.No service to the car other then a regular oil change.

My family and I have been taking our car there for over 20 years. The owner, Randy, is the best. His prices are a little more expensive than other places, but he always gets to the root of the problem and he is trustworthy. Routinely, he tells us when we can wait to get a service done or if we don't need to do it at all. In the end, this saved us a ton of money.

hello i was having a problem with my 98 durango with bad handleing and excessive front end bouncing so i when to bernies cause ive been there before and told the manager the problem i was having and he inspected the front tires and saw that the belts were shifted and he said that was the problem i was like ok look i dont hav a lota money really to spend on tires we wentback in the office and he got me 2 really nice 31/10.50/15 for a great price they work with you the truck rides like a different vehical i feel a lot better goin up and down I 95 lol check em out !! satisfied cust. Handled our car import from Canada after being told by Customs at the border just to drive it across and handle it when we got to where we were going, (not the best advice), but Skytop went over the process with us, got all the paperwork back and allowed us to get our car registered in New Jersey.

I hate to do that, but feel like I have to... I came to this location to get my car inspected last Friday (08/16/2013) waited for 40 minutes until a service representative finally asked how he can help me. ( he was the only one working there and he was already assisting a lady when I walked in...) I said I need my car inspected and how long it would take. I have been told that he needs to make a call to his manager and ask if there is a waiting list for that or something like that. I didn't feel like waiting another hr or two, and left disappointed. I went there second time on Sunday only because my mechanic doesn't work on Sundays and this is the only day off I have after working at two jobs. I waited about 2 hrs to get my car inspected!!! this is ridiculous! I would never ever go to this place again even though there is a lot of work needed to be done at my car. I also was going to buy tires from them, but with this poor customer service I ll pass on that as well.... Would not recommend this particular location to any customers. I am not sure about others locations.

Bought a 2000 Honda a couple of weeks ago for my son.The horn didn’t work and no emissions sticker was on the car.I spoke with the owner who gave me some bullshit answer and then the check engine light came on.I took the car to a mechanic who said it’s not safe to drive (the brake line is ready to fall off and everything is rustedNow I can’t get in touch with the asshole owner, it’s wrong but I hope you have nothing but sadness and misery you are trash.

One star is a LOT to give. This place deserves no business. My car sat in their lot for 11 days. No work was completed. I was going through my warranty company and they didn’t send in any of the photos that were required. Not one photo they claimed to send, went through. I sent the photos they provided to the warranty and they received them immediately. I was stolen from. I removed my vehicle yesterday, without being serviced due to them charging me $1900 for a power steering pump to be fixed. Who in their right minds can tell me that is not overcharging? $1100 out of pocket and my warranty would cover the rest. I told them I know better than this. The district manager of all Philadelphia stores approached me when picking up the keys and tried to assure me that he would do his best to “make me happy”. Immediately I told him nothing with this business would make me happy. He said he would remove $550 off of the price and charge me $449. What mechanic can rightfully take off $550 off of a job? NONE. They were taking advantage of me and thought I wouldn’t fall into their trap. The BEST part of this entire process was the fact that they submitted that they completed the work and charged my warranty company $857 to be paid out. They were PAID for a job UNDONE. I took my car keys and told them I would be taking my business elsewhere. Why would I do business with people who are MONEY HUNGRY and don’t respect women? This is absurd. If i was a MAN I never would have endured such horrible treatment. Each employee was very rude. I would NEVER recommend this business to ANYONE. I will encourage any person who’s ever been to Midas to never return.

Shady business don't trust or buy if you know what's good for you deric d is the shadiest man in the tri state area you've been warned

It is a shame that the service through out this location is not the same. We have purchased two new cars from them and where more than happy with the service until we had to deal with the service department. One of our cars (with less than 12,000 miles one it) it had a diffected tire (Michelin) with a huge crack running for more than 3". We went to the Express Service Area so they can check the tire and only we were not serviced, but we were treated very very poorly from one of the managers (as he called himself) and accused us of trying to get a brand new tire for FREE. The whole situation was laughable because we had purchased the car cash and the cost of tire was nothing but they didn't want to bother to open a claim for us. We contacted Michelin directly where advised to go to NTB where the service was great and the tire was changed immediately because it was a manufacture diffect and at no cost to us. I hope the Sloan Honda in future has better people working for them because we will never step foot in there.

Don't waste your time or money. Their cars are over-priced and the sales staff will jerk you around. If you have the pleasure of meeting the owner he will probably scream in your face and try to intimidate you. One day he's going to pull that crap with the wrong person and they're going to push his teeth down his throat. I got lucky and got out of there before I got ripped off. Check the other reviews of this place on Google and you'll see I wasn't the only one who had a bad experience at this place.

I bought a 90,000 mile, 9 yr old truck on e-bay that was described as being "a beautiful Silverado in all respects", along with several other lines describing this truck to be beautiful and rust free. This was not even close to accurate. Upon recieving the truck, Chris offered to refund my money after I paid $1700 to have te truck shipped. I sent the truck back as agreed upon. After issuing a refund check to me, they stopped payment 8 days later. At this point, I have no truck, and am out over $8700. I advise you to stay as far away from Chis Carey, and Carey Motors as you possibly can. This is the most dishonest person I have ever attempted to buy a vehicle from, and I have bought many.

I am really surprise that you are requesting a survey from us after providing such a lousy service, or lack of service for our Mazda Tribute that you totally destroyed, causing us to junk same. After collecting over $1,600 from us, only to have the vehicle towed to our home for onward transmission to the Junk Yard; you were so interested in receiving your "REPAIR COST," that you forgot to put you had dismantled back on the vehicle before releasing it to the tow truck operator, after insisting, and receiving your "REPAIR COST," that I had to call you to my home to put what you had dismantled together; what a shame; I wish AAA could read this review and take you off their list of recommended auto centers; you are giving AAA a bad image by having you on their list. Anyway, the vehicle is off our hands now, thanks to you; as for recommendation, we suggest that your outfit be listed as a SAVAGE CENTER,OR BETTER STILL, XAVIER'S AUTO SAVAGE CENTER.
