bought a 2005 hummer 2 sut with 48,xxx miles,,very beautiful vehicle,,very nice people that work there also bought an extended warranty,,about it 07/11/2011.....took vehicle for first service at 50000 miles,,,,brakes,,were "metal on metal contact" not a major problem guess, the mechanic says " left cylinder head has broken bolt in back of manifild" apprently it was convered under the extended warranty, until it was time to honor the warranty, Contacted Automotive avenues, a few times, spoke to steve last and i asked if we can come to some kind of ground to fix this problem,,,i ased if i should contact a lawer or better business ,,and that was the last i heard,,,,i was told that this vehicle should never have been sold like this,,,,great people until, something goes wrong,,,,beware

Horrible customer service. Very bully like attitudes to pressure for repairs and stating non warranty work. Failed to diagnosed problems. Also they damage property while lying about it. They also have a F rating from the better business with many complaints of failed service as well as unethical practices. Check them out and be very careful before using them.

Took my car in for four new tires. Was told an hour. Over two and a half hours later, paid and headed home. On reviewing the work in the daylight, no caps were installed on three of the new valves. I couldn't tell if there was a cap on the fourth valve because they had hammered on the hubcap over it....... On further inspection I found that all of the wheel balance weights had been left only partially tapped on, and that they had up to four weights in the space of only eight inches or less along the rim. It looked as though they just kept adding them on. Took the car there and they said they'd put on valve caps and re-balance the tires. The desk guy came over in the middle of the redo and said very happily"the balance was only a little off". Okay, well that means that it was off, right???? I leave the place again in the dark and reinspect the van the next day in the light. Two caps on the tire valves fit, and two other caps that were too small were jammed just on the tips of the other two new valves???? The new tire weights were also not fully installed and masses of them clumped around the rims. I think this place just wants to wear you down so you get sick of going back complaining. I mean really, Two trips and they can't even put caps on the new tire valves??????? This place is awful. Two other customers there complaining in the two times I was there. Stay away, they're clueless and hope you are as well.
