I have had my car repaired at Pro Tech Benz several times over the past 2 years and I am very happy with the results. They offer excellent service and are extremely knowable about Mercedes vehicles. Their pricing is very reasonable and they are very straightforward about the repairs. Unlike the dealers they don't try and up sell you on additional repairs that might not be needed. bought a 2005 hummer 2 sut with 48,xxx miles,,very beautiful vehicle,,very nice people that work there also bought an extended warranty,,about it 07/11/2011.....took vehicle for first service at 50000 miles,,,,brakes,,were "metal on metal contact" not a major problem guess, the mechanic says " left cylinder head has broken bolt in back of manifild" apprently it was convered under the extended warranty, until it was time to honor the warranty, Contacted Automotive avenues, a few times, spoke to steve last and i asked if we can come to some kind of ground to fix this problem,,,i ased if i should contact a lawer or better business ,,and that was the last i heard,,,,i was told that this vehicle should never have been sold like this,,,,great people until, something goes wrong,,,,beware
