Everyone I met was friendly, helpful, patient and went out of their way for me. The work required for my car required a lot of investigation to discover the issue and could have cost thousands to fix, but Bill researched a more affordable resolution that got the job done and hopefully will prevent the issue from arising again! If you need anything done, be it a simple oil change or a huge, complex job Milex is the place to bring your vehicle. DO NOT GO TO THESE GUYS FOR SERVICE!!!! Brought my Nissan 350Z in to get an estimate to repair/replace the cover that opens and closes over my navigation system. We received the estimate from Conicelli the next day but decided not to go through with the repair. When we went to pick the car up we noticed that the plastic surrounding the navigation system had been scratched all over. We immediately brought it to the service center's attention but they refused to acknowledge any responsibility for the damage. We spoke with two managers at the service center but they both refused to fix or replace the plastic that had been scratched. We requested a phone call from the owner but he never got back to us. These guys are jerks.
