Until Car Doctors moved into the neighborhood, I ALWAYS regarded car mechanics with a deep sense of dread and skepticism. Dee Knight is the definition of excellent customer service, and his personable crew of employees are the direct opposite of the duplicitious car mechanic stereotype. HORRIBLE, it was terrible, what a mess,seemed like mass confusion when I went in there, the place is waaay too big. Nice to look at all the bikes but when I read allthe disclaimers and when they didnt want to give me full prices for service I left. My gfriend when there to have her bikes carb cleaned and left with a 600 bill AND the bike still didnt run good, Gas pouring out the carb 5 days after she left there. never again to a big place like that........it wasnt a good experience, like shopping at walmart.........no help.
