Owner is a terrible businessman! Held my car for a week and did nothing to it and dodged my calls. Actually had the nerve to threaten to call the police when I came to get it back. Stay very far away from this liar you’ll thank me.

My truck had clunking noise. I already took it to 2 other shops and they couldn't figure out problem. Victor at Signature was able to diagnose and fix my truck the same day it was dropped off! He was very informative and answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend this shop and will return here if I need any additional repairs and for vehicle maintenance.

You know how this story ends, right? We bought a 2004 Cadillac SRX (a real beauty), 108,000 miles, paid cash and in full $11,995. A week later, brought it back b/c the engine was "noisy"; they kept it 2 days and returned it stating they didn't hear any "noise" and "maybe it's the transmission". We asked them to repair this under the 3 mo/3,000 warranty. They said it "had to breakdown first." Wow. Six-months later, THE ENGINE DIED. We called NATIONAL AUTO SALES to address this issue. We were told they were busy with customers, but what did we want from them. We told them we wanted them to remember we were once "customers" and to pay to replace the engine. They offered to do this "at cost"; we agreed that sounded good, but wanted OUR mechanic to install a QUALITY engine, given the circumstances. We asked for his name; he said "Mike"...we asked for his last name; he said "Just Mike". Now, we have not heard from "Just Mike" to make good on his offer. We are, however, going to pay to have a quality engine installed AND Carchex will put a 5yr/100,000 warranty on it. Total costs, which will become DAMAGES that we WILL seek to recover: minus $11,995 for a car with a DEAD ENGINE $4,250 for a quality engine installed, $2,875 for an extended warranty=$7,125. Expensive lesson... I AM NOT ALONE--OTHERS HAVE BEEN RIPPED OFF BY NATIONAL AUTO SALES...IN THE SAME WAY. Buy the car, drive it a few months, and the ENGINE DIES. Don't become a victim. I will never take my car to be serviced here again. I usually go to the Nissan on Ridge Pike but decided to go to Ardmore since it is closer to my job and they provide a shuttle service. The shuttle is the only good thing about the service department. And is not worth sacrificing the condition of my Car. I brought my car in initially because the check engine light came on. A few days later the issue was supposedly fixed after replacing a part covered under warranty. An unrelated visit took me back to get a tire replaced. This issue was fixed also. Now, comes the problem: Immediately after getting the tire replaced my air pressure light came on along with the check engine light. I called and they could not see my car for about 4-5 days. During these days I was forced to put air in a brand new tire daily. I finally had an appt and left the car with them all day. Upon picking the car up I have a bill for $160 dollars. They said it was $98 to diagnose the check engine light which read that I had low oil. They did the oil change for about $35 I guess and chared me $15 to check the pressure sensor. They said Nothing was wrong with the pressure and since I just needed a oil change you have to pay for the diagnosis. WHAT?? Being a woman I thought it was just me. Fist off if it was just an oil problem my OIL LIGHT would have come on as it usually does to tell me to check my oil. And I know there is a problem with the tire because it looses pressure daily. Not to mention they charged me $15 to check a tire THEY just replaced themselves. A day after paying for them to basically give me an oil change both lights came back on and the pressure was dangerously low again . I brought it back and they tried to tell me they were going to charge me another $98 and $15 to diagnose the same problems. After speaking with the SM I let them know I would not be paying them any more money. They checked the lights and actually looked at the tire to find I needed a similar part to the initial

We came in to the dealership to browse for a car. We were promptly greeted by a salesman named Chris who went on to surpass any and all or our expectations. We purchased that night, and our salesman stayed with us answering all of our questions. He was extremely thorough with everything we might ever need to know. We're very pleased with our purchase and the buying experience. We were treated like vip clients.

We had been looking for a used Impala for a long time before finding our new vehicle on their website. From there the process was easy. Chris answered all my questions over the phone including going out to check on specific car features for me. The price was competitive and the quality good. Thank you to Chris and all the staff for helping my family to finally get the car we had been needing!
