Auto repair service near Morris Plains, NJ

LJ Smith - 6-16-11 My vehicle was towed by Tumino's Towing and my BMW was damaged during the tow. So we called Tumino's Towing and spoke with a manager named Charlie Hruska who advised us to bring the vehicle down to his shop and have his mechanic look at the car. Once the vehicle was brought there charlie had Frank Dragotto, the Service Department Manager bring the car in the their shop, put it on a lift to examine the damages and advised Charlie that the tie rod and other damages were made to the vehicle during the tow. Charlie then told us he would repair the vehicle and just needs to order the BMW parts and come back on Monday. So we return on Monday and speak with Frank and told him we would like bmw authorized shop to do repairs. Once we told them this Charlie refused to speak to us, refused to provide insurance info, acted unprofessional and like total jerk. We then asked to speak to John Tomino the owner and after waiting an hour we decided to get their insurance info from the town. Now im going back and forth with insurance company because they will not return the agents calls to confirm damges. terrible company, would never pay them to tow anything, not even if it was a junked car. And their customer service is lousy. Beware.

What an outstanding, ideal, model mechanic and business! NEVER AGAIN - GO ELSEWHERE. 1st- Tried charging me $2500 over price on the windshield for * Lot Storage and Licensing fees*. 2nd- Needed tires - salesman (Danny) said.. it passed NJ inspection, he was not replacing them but take 500$ off the total price. I thought that was fair.. until FIRST oil change @ 4k Miles. Tried to get new tires and alignment , and shop had to do 900$ in suspension work to fix front suspension just to align it. THIS WAS ON THE FIRST OIL CHANGE!! 3rd- Not to mention the cheapest tires i could find were 200$ each- even online. This dealership is a trap. Go somewhere else.
