A year ago, I was in an accident and called Livingston Collision to tow it for me. They not only assisted with the tow, but they also helped me through the entire insurance negotiation. They were able to negotiate with my insurance adjuster and ultimately helped in proving the car was totaled and making sure I got back the fair market value for the car. Brad, Val, and Allie were my advocates from start to finish and I'd highly recommend their shop to anyone. They've been in business for over 50 years, so it's obvious they take their reputation seriously. HORRIBLE, it was terrible, what a mess,seemed like mass confusion when I went in there, the place is waaay too big. Nice to look at all the bikes but when I read allthe disclaimers and when they didnt want to give me full prices for service I left. My gfriend when there to have her bikes carb cleaned and left with a 600 bill AND the bike still didnt run good, Gas pouring out the carb 5 days after she left there. never again to a big place like that........it wasnt a good experience, like shopping at walmart.........no help.
