Purchased car on ebay, listed as "drive it today". had shipped 300 miles away due to covid nonsense and upon delivery battery was dead...no big deal, replaced battery and took for a drive, noticed front end shake, took to garage where they found $2500 in repairs needed. Lower control Arm, Motor mounts broken, bad axle and airbag control module. this was just the safety defects...also needs water pump, brakes, belt, tires to name a few...has bolts missing underneath and so on. long story short, STAY AWAY!!! ripoff artists and cons...they should not be allowed to sell cars. and that is being kind....

My truck had clunking noise. I already took it to 2 other shops and they couldn't figure out problem. Victor at Signature was able to diagnose and fix my truck the same day it was dropped off! He was very informative and answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend this shop and will return here if I need any additional repairs and for vehicle maintenance.

You know how this story ends, right? We bought a 2004 Cadillac SRX (a real beauty), 108,000 miles, paid cash and in full $11,995. A week later, brought it back b/c the engine was "noisy"; they kept it 2 days and returned it stating they didn't hear any "noise" and "maybe it's the transmission". We asked them to repair this under the 3 mo/3,000 warranty. They said it "had to breakdown first." Wow. Six-months later, THE ENGINE DIED. We called NATIONAL AUTO SALES to address this issue. We were told they were busy with customers, but what did we want from them. We told them we wanted them to remember we were once "customers" and to pay to replace the engine. They offered to do this "at cost"; we agreed that sounded good, but wanted OUR mechanic to install a QUALITY engine, given the circumstances. We asked for his name; he said "Mike"...we asked for his last name; he said "Just Mike". Now, we have not heard from "Just Mike" to make good on his offer. We are, however, going to pay to have a quality engine installed AND Carchex will put a 5yr/100,000 warranty on it. Total costs, which will become DAMAGES that we WILL seek to recover: minus $11,995 for a car with a DEAD ENGINE $4,250 for a quality engine installed, $2,875 for an extended warranty=$7,125. Expensive lesson... I AM NOT ALONE--OTHERS HAVE BEEN RIPPED OFF BY NATIONAL AUTO SALES...IN THE SAME WAY. Buy the car, drive it a few months, and the ENGINE DIES. Don't become a victim. I own a repair shop about 10 minutes away from this business. I sometimes do get customers who want to get their vehicles checked before purchasing from this dealer. Vehicles from what I have seen were in good shape. Just minimal repairs here and there on some vehicles but overall in good shape. Last week I saw a Jeep Wrangler for sale on their parking lot and asked them if I could roll this car to my shop to get it checked on the lift. They allowed me to and was very easy going. Was in great shape and the value was pretty reasonable. Very satisfied with my purchase here. And to the first reviewer Sonny, hopefully all you did was just replaced the fuel pump. Fuel pumps eventually do go bad on any vehicle. No fuel circulation = engine not starting. If replaced, car should be fine.
