The guys at Cybert are honest and very easy to deal with. I've had shops in the past play games with me (halogen fluid replacement, etc.), but at Cybert, they brought me out into the shop, showed me what was going on, explained the fix, and then fixed it. There was nothing shady and I never once felt like they were trying to take advantage of me. They have a convenient location, reasonable hours, and surprisingly good coffee while you wait. On Oct 8, 2016 I called Meineke on Forest Ave today and mentioned my car had a rattle and that I was concerned if it was safe to drive. Steve who answered the call said no problem come in and we will look at it. Car is 15 years old with low mileage. Steve and Chris were excellent. They were very busy but within 5 minutes put the car on the left and said it was the heat shields that had to be adjusted. It was fixed in a matter of minutes with no charge. They are now my go to place for car maintenance. Highly recommend Steve and Chris who were courteous, knowledgeable and honest. Nice to know that in todays day and age there is still a place you can trust for fast and honest customer service. Way to go Steve and Chris.
