Auto repair service near South Orange, NJ

My sister had new tires installed yesterday 12/14. She picked up the car today 12/15 and on the way home her left front wheel flew off. We called the police so they could see what happened. Apparently those morons forgot to tighten the lug nuts. Obviously there's damage to the car. The brake rotor , fender, wheel studs etc. I've know this idiot for a long time. Trust me when I tell you the excuses are going to fly. He never owns up to anything and it's always someone else's fault. If you still go there after you read this it's your own fault.

I moved to NJ after living in WI for 34 years leaving behind my go-to mechanic (since I was legal on the road) that I could trust with any car/truck problem. It took about 3+ years to find a guy like John and the group of guys that I can trust at Car Kings. It's convenient that I work in Clifton so he is a few minutes away. I have been there about a 1/2 dozen times and he always finds a way to sneak me in. Work always get's done in a timely and professional manner. Just watch out for Teddy the office dog! ;)

Right when I thought this was a reputable shop. This is absolutely the worst shop/junkyard you can go to. Had Mazin and Pete rebuild my engine on my 2013 X5 and literally 8 days later, it goes bad and their excuse is”oil cooler”. I will get every penny back and I will make sure everyone knows about the scam operation you are running there. Mazen and Pete, Karma will bite you back and I’ll see you in court. I will not let this pass. What a scamming shop that doesn’t stand behind their work or anything they do. If you don’t believe me, look at all the reviews engine rebuild reviews. These guys don’t know what they are doing nor what they are talking about. Unfortunately for you, you messed around with he wrong guy.

This dealer took over 2000.00 from me and no tags. The car was not clear to drive and never legally registered. This dealer after ripping me off then stole the car back leaving me with money loss and no car.

I want to advise anyone who visits this place to be very careful. The owner is running a bad business. He purchases old damaged vechicles from the auction for a cheap price and sell them for way more than he pays. He is also a mechanic so he does his best to hide the default. I'm just asking anyone who goes there to please do a full review of the carfax and please have two mechanics inspect the car. Its a sad thing that they are doing and someone is going to get hurt if they are not careful. They sold my cousin a car with faulty brakes. She didnt think much of it at first because she assumed she really did get a good deal and it would cost her little or nothing to have her friend fix the brakes. After 2 months the brakes still isn't fixed. The ford dealer told them that its a $2800 job so they told my cousin, "nothing is wrong with the brakes" the ford dealer is only trying to rip us off. please be very careful. Dont throw away your money like my cousin did.
