Made my day! With 3 kids I have no extra time or $ to spare. My car wouldn t start and I had get to work. I called around and was told I should try to get a jump. No one was available and I was stuck. I called T.C. Tire & Auto and the mechanic came to my house jump started my car. He checked out my car and told me I needed a battery. The whole process from call to repair was an hour! The price was explained honestly and fair. I am more than happy and thankful.

These guys were great! They fixed several problems on my 99 VW Beetle that the dealer had ignored even after I asked them to check them. They fixed problems that had been going on for years and got the check engine light off. They were also very reasonable and right down the road. Thanks Eurotek! I will be back with my other cars. My 2004 Acura RL remains in a local shop with problems with alternator and belts. LVAG had a signed 36 month extended warranty in hand on 3/4/2014 when I bought the car but after a phone call today the salesperson stated it has not been sent to NADA,the warranty company. There is something very wrong here, to take payment for coverage, to have the customer call NADA several times and give ID numbers without a question, and wait over a month and not send in the paper work. LVAG appears to have taken a risk that a claim would not be entered for some time and their first payment and paper work would be stalled. Very poor business practice !!!

WARNING: Dishonest Service Manager!!! I ve owned Subarus for over 10 years and I have always trusted the delearships with servicing my cars. Well I will never again trust this dealership. I took my car for a $34.95 oil change, just a regular service. Well the service manager said they did their usual all points check and found my windsheild wipers totally torn and he said they would not be usable, I told him I didn t seem to have any issue. That is when he told me didn t I think I needed to see when I drove my baby around. That scared me enough that I agreed to the new wiper blades. Even though he never told me the cost. When I went to pick up my car, I was given a bill for over $110. The explanation given was the cost of the wiper installation which was $56 alone. When the manger was question he blatently lied and said he had advised me of the cost. I am sure I was never advised, my family does not have the free cash for that big of an expense.
