They were fast, efficient and the customer service was top-notch. The job was completed in under 2 hours. The waiting room was clean, comfortable and coffee was available. bought a 2005 hummer 2 sut with 48,xxx miles,,very beautiful vehicle,,very nice people that work there also bought an extended warranty,,about it 07/11/2011.....took vehicle for first service at 50000 miles,,,,brakes,,were "metal on metal contact" not a major problem guess, the mechanic says " left cylinder head has broken bolt in back of manifild" apprently it was convered under the extended warranty, until it was time to honor the warranty, Contacted Automotive avenues, a few times, spoke to steve last and i asked if we can come to some kind of ground to fix this problem,,,i ased if i should contact a lawer or better business ,,and that was the last i heard,,,,i was told that this vehicle should never have been sold like this,,,,great people until, something goes wrong,,,,beware

Do yourself a favor and just keep driving past this hell hole of vehicles. I was ripped off by this guy and filed a complaint with the BBB, which I'm still in the middle of. I have already reviewed this place once but now that the owner is lying to the BBB I feel I need to do it again. At least half the cars on that lot have been sitting there so long they have to just start them so someone can take a test drive. Right before I did business with them I moved right down the street from where they are. It's unfortunate that I didn't see what goes on there before I purchased a car that they knew had serious issues and lied about it. Don't let it happen to you.

Stay away from j and c auto.. every single car on the lot is a lemon saw a bunch of bad reviews on another site..bought a car from them didnt get ten miles before the engine light came on this happend twice in a week. The cylinders were misfiring and the cheap basterds replaced one plug the car obviously needed a tune up refused to give it ... windows stopped working a week later guy pretty much told me im beat. Now the tranny might be going had the car two months. Im writing this review to help others I got screwed here STAY AWAY
