HORRIBLE!!! Please, Please do NOT go to these people. They are crooks! I first went to look at a car there. I asked the owner (Nancy) how many miles the car had on it. She told me and when I got into the car and looked at it there was a 45,000 mile difference from what she told me there was. I asked her if the A/C worked she again replied "yes" upon starting the car surprise! A/C did not work. I should have just left right then and there after I caught her lying. I ended up buying a different car and WOW! what a surprise the battery dies later that night leaving me stranded. I call the next day and they tell me "It's not our problem, it's your car now" this purchase was made only 3 months ago and I no longer own the car due to it having so many mechanical issues that I could no longer afford. I sold the car to a junk yard for $250.00 cause I did not have the heart to lie and sell this piece of crap to someone else and sleep like a baby at night like Nancy and Mack do. ohhh and FYI do yourself a favor and research the 2 of these crooks, Nancy c/o auto solutions was sued only 2 weeks ago and lost :) KARMA,

AFTER SPEAKING WITH THEIR HEAD MECHANIC, WE HAD OUR ROLLS ROYCE DELIVERED TO CARRIAGE HOUSE ON APRIL 4, 2013. HE INFORMED US HE WAS AN “EXPERT” AND THAT OUR MECHANICAL ISSUE (THE ALTERNATOR WAS NOT CHARGING) WOULD NOT BE A PROBLEM. HE WANTED $1,000 UP FRONT FOR A “DIAGNOSIS”. WE GAVE HIM THE MONEY. IN MID-MAY HE SAID HE NEEDED MORE TIME AND MONEY. WHEN WE WERE HESITANT, HE TOLD US THAT THE DIAGNOSIS HAD NOW BECOME A MATTER OF “PRIDE” TO HIM AND THAT HE WOULD NOT CHARGE US ANYMORE MONEY. HE WENT SO FAR AS TO TELL US THAT HE HAD A GROUP OF HIS MECHANICS WORKING ON THEIR “OWN TIME” TO ASSIST HIM IN FINDING OUT WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS. HE HELD THE CAR UNTIL JULY 9, 2013 AND WHEN WE ARRIVED TO PICK UP THE CAR (ANOTHER FLAT BED RIDE!), WE HAD TO SIGN A RELEASE. TO THIS DAY HE STILL HAS NOT GIVEN US A DIAGNOSIS AS TO WHAT WAS WRONG WITH THE CAR. HOWEVER, WE SHOULD NOTE THAT WHEN WE WENT TO PICK UP THE CAR, IT HAD BEEN FRESHLY WASHED. WE SENT THE CAR TO PATRICK’S IN SIMSBURY, CT. AFTER TWO DAYS IN HIS SHOP, OUR CAR WAS REPAIRED AND IN FANTASTIC WORKING ORDER. IN THE FUTURE, IF WE WANT THE WORLD’S MOST EXPENSIVE CAR WASH, WE WILL SEND OUR CAR TO CARRIAGE HOUSE.
