HouseCall Auto Mechanics is a unique and very convenient service that performs most general auto repairs and maintenance at your location, whether that is your home or your job. At the present time with just two service trucks, the work area covered extends from Riverhead to Hauppauge in Suffolk County and sometimes Nassau County in New York only. HouseCall works generally by appointment but usually on short notice. Emergency road service is our specialty. For example if you went to the grocery store or the shopping mall and when you returned to your car you found the car would not start. Call HouseCall and we can usually get you going the same day and sometimes if the timing is right, we can come right away and meet you there. This of course can often eliminate the additional expense and the time to arrange for towing. Do not go to this shop. They repainted my corner bumper and had caused my doors to have weird water marks that they refuse to fix. I have a brand new BMW X 5 and my front corner bumper was scratched parked on the street one day. So I decided to have them fixed it and it was minor enough. When I pick up my car there was strange/weird water marks all over my driver side car door. They said they will fixed it. After I pick up my car second time, they did nothing about but just polished over it, and they refuse to fix it again. The bumper fix was around 260, but now to fix my doors probably over 1K.
