My vehicle was towed to Scruggs. They do not work on Friday, Saturday or Sunday so it’s sad there for over five days when they finally were able to look at it. They charged over $2300 for a water pump replacement and one headlight two license plate lamps. It then died a few days later. My regular mechanic said he could see the fire going inside the vehicle due to the alternator not being tightened enough from repairs done at Scruggs. Now I am out an additional $650. Do not recommend.

This shop had my car for 3 months and never fixed my issue. My car is still broke, same initial problem. I took him to court because I paid him 2469 to fix my car but it was never fixed. I won my case, ofc because he was just trying to take advantage of a young, black, single woman. However, he's appealing it just to be a dick. Because he knows exactly what he was doing. The judge obviously agreed. I honestly believe he's prejudice! But evil never wins, love will always prevail... remember that Ron!!!! My neighbor, who referred me to him, doesn't even do business with anymore because he paid him to fix his car but his car still had the same issue! My cousin, had the same exact problem, after a WHOLE YEAR he had to go take his car back still with the same issue! I'M WARNING YOU, IF YOU'RE A PERSON OF COLOR... DO NOT GO HERE!

I have been getting my vehicles fixed here for years and have always had great service and my cars always run amazing after i leave. Rich the owner has always been honest and straightforward with me about everything that has ever had to be done and has always tried to give me great deals every time i come in with any kind of problem! Very kind a courtious people there and i would recommend anyone with any kind of vehicle problem take it to them!

Please save yourself the agony and expense and DO NOT GO! they recommended $1800 worth of services to "fix" my problem and after 3 attempts the problem still wasn't fixed. I took my car to the dealer and they identified the problem and warned me that Monroe has shady business practices!!!
