Auto repair service near Depew, NY

My vehicle was towed to Scruggs. They do not work on Friday, Saturday or Sunday so it’s sad there for over five days when they finally were able to look at it. They charged over $2300 for a water pump replacement and one headlight two license plate lamps. It then died a few days later. My regular mechanic said he could see the fire going inside the vehicle due to the alternator not being tightened enough from repairs done at Scruggs. Now I am out an additional $650. Do not recommend.

Rich the owner has always been honest and straightforward with me about everything that has ever had to be done and has always tried to give me great deals every time i come in with any kind of problem! Very kind a courtious people there and i would recommend anyone with any kind of vehicle problem take it to them!

Please save yourself the agony and expense and DO NOT GO! they recommended $1800 worth of services to "fix" my problem and after 3 attempts the problem still wasn't fixed. I took my car to the dealer and they identified the problem and warned me that Monroe has shady business practices!!!
