My vehicle was towed to Scruggs. They do not work on Friday, Saturday or Sunday so it’s sad there for over five days when they finally were able to look at it. They charged over $2300 for a water pump replacement and one headlight two license plate lamps. It then died a few days later. My regular mechanic said he could see the fire going inside the vehicle due to the alternator not being tightened enough from repairs done at Scruggs. Now I am out an additional $650. Do not recommend.

We had the car towed directed to We Care Auto, where the professionals put us at ease and calmed our anxiety. The mechanic diagnosed and researched the problem and found the repair was covered under our car's power train warranty. He handled everything for us, kept us updated on progress, and the car was repaired back to top notch condition. This dealer ripped me off. He lied to me about the condition of car. I asked if it was in a accident and they said no. Come to find out, it was in a major accident. I found out when I had to have the door aligned because it was not closing right. The body shop showed me where it had been hit, and fixed. I wanted my money back but they told me they had a no return policy... even know they lied to me, they did not care. I am having problems now with the exhaust system, the catalytic converter. I had to replace the entire braking system a two months after I purchased the car as well. Total thieves and liars.
