My family and I were vacationing in the Lake George region during the Labor Day holiday when the transmission in my Chevy Tahoe was stuck in 3rd gear and my speedometer and tachometer stopped working. Though it was a bit of a hike, and I'm pretty sure there were other transmission shops closer, I don't think I could have found a better place to go. The owner Al personally worked on my vehicle and in 20 minutes diagnosed the problem correctly and made the necessary repairs so that my family and I were able to make the 250 mile ride home safely.
