I absolutely love JC. They've provided consistent, reliable service for my car since I moved to the area. They have saved me tons of money- typically in situations where my dealership tries to upsell an unnecessary service not warranty covered. Recently, they looked at a used dealer car I was interested in buying- and found a few potentially costly issues with the vehicle, that were then taken care of by the dealer. Had a fantastic experience over at Brookside. It's never convenient to go without your car, and body damage repairs are always a mystery... But Paul and Richie over at Brookside really take care of you. I mean, I was blown away by their responsiveness, patience in explaining everything, and resourcefulness in arranging rental cars and dealing with insurance companies. My truck was back exactly when they said it would be. And it hasn't looked this good since the day I brought it from the dealer.

Horrible place, don't buy a car from there bc when there is something wrong that you notice as your purchasing your vehicle that they promise to fix you will have to bring it back 4 or 5 times before they can properly diagnose and get the moron crack head looking mechanic that has a shop in the building next door to try to fix the issue then when you get it back and exact problem is still wrong with it they then accuse you of not properly explaining what the problem was meanwhile when they are trying to get you to buy the vehicle everyone was aware of the problem and jump up and down kissing your butt trying to get the sale. There are plenty of car dealerships on sunrise hwy so when you see the crappy looking little shack use your better judgment and keep driving bc I have never had a worse experience buying a car!!!!!!!! BAD BAD BAD
