This dealer ripped me off. He lied to me about the condition of car. I asked if it was in a accident and they said no. Come to find out, it was in a major accident. I found out when I had to have the door aligned because it was not closing right. The body shop showed me where it had been hit, and fixed. I wanted my money back but they told me they had a no return policy... even know they lied to me, they did not care. I am having problems now with the exhaust system, the catalytic converter. I had to replace the entire braking system a two months after I purchased the car as well. Total thieves and liars. I will never buy there again and would not send my worst enemy there to buy a vehicle. Jeff from Cheektowaga.

First choice is the only place I would take my vehicles for repair. Finding an honest mechanic is very rare. Not only are these mechanics honest but their work is OUTSTANDING…..My 2003 Ford should have gone to the junk yard years ago but Jimmy and his guys miraculously continue to find ways of allowing this car to get me from point A to point B. Just last night; I was unable to start my car (the battery is 5 years old). Jimmy sent a driver immediately to my rescue. The battery was jumped and I was on my way. Of course I will only go to First Choice to have this battery replaced. Thanks again guys

Had a bad experience at another marine service center in the area (by Bethlehem steel) so decided to try Olson by the small boat harbor. Great service. Lisa who works at the desk took lots of time to explain what my issue could be. She called when they found out and told me what the repair would cost and asked if I wanted to move forward. When it was fixed, I picked it up and she showed me the bad part (gimbal bearing). Her knowledge of the mechanical aspect of what was going on seemed very impressive. Also, she took the time to explain as well as make other suggestions to questions or fixes I could do my self. A family business that takes pride in their work and values their customers. Very trustworthy and will go the extra mile.
