I have had my car repaired at Pro Tech Benz several times over the past 2 years and I am very happy with the results. They offer excellent service and are extremely knowable about Mercedes vehicles. Their pricing is very reasonable and they are very straightforward about the repairs. Unlike the dealers they don't try and up sell you on additional repairs that might not be needed. I would highly recommend them to Mercedes owners.

Of course as a first time car owner I was nervous about where to go and if I was going to be taken advantage of as a girl. I can 110% say Transmission Man took care of me like GOLD! They were more then professional, had a great staff and were very reasonable on pricing. I was quoted a time frame for my car and it was done hours before the estimated and to top it off someone was able to drive my car to me with no issues. Alex is one of the best mechanics at this shop. Overall they are experienced and are the best at what they do. They are also very honest people hard to believe from mechanics!! but they really are. I highly recommend this shop !!!
