Best service I have ever encountered. Car was ready when they said it would be and they fixed all that was wrong. 120 point inspection completed. I couldn't ask for anything else. This is the only place I go for my BMWs and my Mercedes.

Joe, Anthony and Roger and the staff are the best. They talk to you like a person. I've been to many shops over the years and these guys are knowledgeable, experts , fair, patient, trustworthy and best of all treat you with the utmost respect and tell you exactly what's going on with your car in a way that you understand fully. Amazing customer service, I was attended to immediately they are kind and curtious professional Mechanics who are dedicated to there customers. I had great experiences every time I went. On Oct 8, 2016 I called Meineke on Forest Ave today and mentioned my car had a rattle and that I was concerned if it was safe to drive. Steve who answered the call said no problem come in and we will look at it. Car is 15 years old with low mileage. Steve and Chris were excellent. They were very busy but within 5 minutes put the car on the left and said it was the heat shields that had to be adjusted. It was fixed in a matter of minutes with no charge. They are now my go to place for car maintenance. Highly recommend Steve and Chris who were courteous, knowledgeable and honest. Nice to know that in todays day and age there is still a place you can trust for fast and honest customer service. Way to go Steve and Chris.
