Auto repair service near Fulton, NY

Originally I was told I would have to wait a couple of weeks to have the gasoline leak repaired on my Alfa Romeo because they were swamped with vehicles for repair. But not so! I was called within the week that my sports car was ready to be picked up, all fixed and ready to drive once again. Wonderful news!

I was referred to Kranze by a friend. This is a father and son operation. These mechanics never install something that I don’t need. Rates are very fair. Do not make the mistake of going to the fancy dealership unless you have a warranty covered repair. These mechanics have been in business for many years. Everything is paid up which I speculate is an advantage to all parties involved, mechanic and customer. My Dad ran his shop for 33 years in Watertown NY. I was brought up in the auto repair business and know a good pair of mechanics and fair charges when I see it. Five stars is a no brainer. They deserve six stars. Why? Their good advice has saved me a ton of money over the last year. Their strategy isn’t advertising, it’s treating their customers like gold.

Something was making noise under the car. Took it in and they said it was something about the muffler mounts. They replaced the stuff for free and never charged me (I did buy the car there). They were really nice about everything and I'm glad I bought my car from them.

I got thier warrantee and man am I glad I did because I needed it a couple of months ago. They didn't give me any crap about it and they did the work quick. No problems now.
