Today we took our car to Honda City ServiceCenter to drop it off for an oil change. The professionals at Hond City took 45 minuites to check in the car and lectured us about the proper procedure for when oil chould be changed. I am thankful for their professional input as the last four vehicles we have owner only had over 100,000 miles on them when we sold them andnever needed ay type of engine work. Guess we did a pretty bad job maintaining them. This was the first of the "free" oil canges Honda provides as part of our new car purchase. I can assure youit will be the last as well. I will take the vehicle elsewhere where they can get me in and out in a reasonable time andactually know what they are talking about.

Their lack of professionalism specifically Willie L. and expertise left me stranded with a vehicle in even worse condition than when I brought it in. They have refused to refund my money along with the new parts I provided them for my car. Save yourself the headache and find a reputable shop that actually knows what they're doing.
