ELLIOTT SOLD ME A 2008 TUNDRA WITH BAD BRAKES, BAD TIRES AND FROZEN PARKING BRAKE CABLES . THIS VEHICLE SHOULD HAVE NEVER PASSED A LEGAL SAFETY INSPECTION BUT HE HAD SOMEONE THROW A STICKER ON IT FOR HIM... HE TRIED TO GET ME TO AGREE WITH NO WARRANTY ON THE VEHICLE , SO YOU BETTER KNOW THE LAW YOURSELF IF BUYING A VEHICLE FROM HIM.... ITS THE LAW TO GIVE A CUSTOMER A WARRANTY ON A VEHICLE.. NO I HAVE A NOISE IN THE ENGINE WITH LESS THAN 2000 MILES ON IT AND HE WILL NOT ANSWER THE PHONE OR RETURN MY PHONE CALLS... HE CARES NOTHING ABOUT THE CUSTOMER JUST HIS POCKET.... VERY UNPROFESSIONAL..
