Auto repair service near Hawthorne, NY

My sister had new tires installed yesterday 12/14. She picked up the car today 12/15 and on the way home her left front wheel flew off. We called the police so they could see what happened. Apparently those morons forgot to tighten the lug nuts. Obviously there's damage to the car. The brake rotor , fender, wheel studs etc. I've know this idiot for a long time. Trust me when I tell you the excuses are going to fly. He never owns up to anything and it's always someone else's fault. If you still go there after you read this it's your own fault.

HORRIBLE!!! BE CAREFUL!! Very bad experience. They do NOT stand behind thier warranty. Will NOT fix defects/breakdowns. They get you to think you have a good deal and peace of mind because of the Bumper to Bumper warranty, but they refuse to make the repairs. Go any where else. These guys are crooks and liars. BE WARNED !!!

Truck was brought in no one can fix it.Found the problem fixed it & no troubles after .

I WENT INSIDE FOR A TUNE UP... SOUNDS SIMPLE BUT MY CAR REQUIRES TWO QUARTS OF OIL AND THEY PUT HALF A QUART. THESE TWO BROTHER LIE AN STEAL THAT'S ALL THEY DO. I WOULD NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM EVER AGAIN. THE WORST WORK I'VE EVER HAD DONE IN YEARS..... THEY SUCK.. WARNING NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH CLIFTON CITGO. IF YOU DO YOU WILL BE SORRY.....
