Not overly impressed with there schedule or the finished product. Also no one came outside to explain anything about the work that was performed. Not a very good experience, won't be back.

This is the place to go. Mike is extremely professional, knowledgeable and goes the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. They are honest and trustworthy and their prices are reasonable. My car is running better than it has in years. Thanks!

We took our car into Louis Shorter to repair some body damage. Since we were on a budget we wanted to limit the work to what was necessary to make the car driveable and safe, Louis Shorter more than fulfilled our requirements. His original estimate was spot-on, he walked us around the car showing us exactly what he would need to do, and checking with us on optional work. He told us that he suspected there might be additional damage that was not visible until the bumpers were removed, and told us almost to the penny what the price would be if that was the case. He saved all damaged parrts. The final price was more than reasonable, and included washing the car. We ended up paying about $100 less than we had originslly expected, based upon other estimates. I highly recommend this business.
