I'm so thankful to have such a great and honest mechanic in my neighborhood. The company has been around for 49 years and I can understand why. My husband and I went in to check out a rattling noise in our car and Ross (son's owner) looked at everything. We had a corroded battery that explains the stall when we started the car that could have put us in a very bad situation. We no longer have the rattling noise in the car and we don't have to worry about the car dying from a corroded battery. We got our oil changed, filter changed and all the fluids were filled to make sure our 2015 year old Subaru was running like new. I am beyond words at their professionalism, extremely affordable prices and excellent quality services. We are no longer getting our car serviced at the Subaru dealership and will be going to Ricbon from now on.

I am very lucky to have been assigned to him because he helped me tremendously in identifying my needs; that after showing me at least 4 cars I have made my decision. Mr. PEDRO SOSA, the manager who assisted me, has been very pleasant and patient and explained in details of the warranty I am entitled to and other info. He is approachable in spite of his busy schedule and answered my questions immediately. Also, he made a follow-up call to make sure everything is all right and apologized for my long wait, which I understood due to the busy day.
