Auto repair service near Jamaica, NY

OK let's start off by saying if your looking to get a Harley and you know nothing about motorcycles, this is the place for you because Lenny and his crew love to deal with people that yes them to death and say ok to everything. As for the service you get, DO NOT BELIEVE THAT THEY ARE THE BEST AROUND. they do not stand behind that if you are facing a serious issue. They will not go outside the box to fix a problem because they will not get paid by the MoCo. Do yourself a favor and shop other Harley dealership before committing to MMHD of Great Neck. Don't settle with this dealer because the service department closer to your house, any dealer will service your bike. Now if you needs parts I would definitely go there cause there parts guys are straight up guys, there's no games and lies when ordering parts. My conclusion 1 to 5 stars 5 being the best

These guys are so incompetent! The only thing they are good for is changing oil and spark plugs and they can barely get that right! Don’t take your bike to their trust me!

The mechanic is good but the service provided by the owner is horrible he is the worst person to deal with he is arrogant and un considerate he will try to rob you blind and uses an aggressive attitude to try to intimidate customers and starts yelling for no reason at all all I asked for was an inspection and without looking at the bike he refused I asked why he told me I don't have to tell you s}%^t so I calmly said you haven't even looked and that's when the cursing and sales pitch began. I rather junk my bike than to take it there
