I was referred to Kranze by a friend. This is a father and son operation. These mechanics never install something that I don’t need. Rates are very fair. Do not make the mistake of going to the fancy dealership unless you have a warranty covered repair. These mechanics have been in business for many years. Everything is paid up which I speculate is an advantage to all parties involved, mechanic and customer. My Dad ran his shop for 33 years in Watertown NY. I was brought up in the auto repair business and know a good pair of mechanics and fair charges when I see it. Five stars is a no brainer. They deserve six stars. Why?
